Last month, fifth and sixth class were invited to take part in a tag rugby blitz in Portumna, Co. Galway. This took place in Portumna Community School and was in conjunction with Portumna Rugby Club. We were delighted to have attended and are grateful to have been invited. The weather was great and the children had great fun taking part in the tournament. There may even have been a bit of Tipp and Galway rivalry between teacher and students but it was all in good fun. Well done to all the children who did brilliantly on the day
