The boys were out for the FAI 5 a side soccer tournament recently. We had two teams this year. They gave a fantastic display of skill and teamwork led by their captains. Both teams had super performances in their groups and special mention must go towards the younger players on the team who worked so hard and played with great confidence of teams made up of boys who were older than them.
One of our teams won their last game and have progressed to the next round of the Tipperary finals and the other team narrowly missed out on the same opportunity in their group stages.
Both teams did so well and really enjoyed the day, we are incredibly proud of them and for how well they represented the school today.
(Their teacher was so excited about the victory he forgot take photos on the day so some vital players may be missing from the photos)
